Seisiún – A Music Trail through Ireland Seisiún 2017 ar fud na tíre le Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann- ag saothrú an Chultúir Ghaelaigh Comahltas Seisiún provides a unique traditional entertainment experience at over 50 venues throughout Ireland during July and August. It is a staged show of Irish music, song, dance and storytelling followed by an informal session with audience participation where all who wish to ‘take to the floor’. Seisiún boasts the longest running Summer shows of its kind entertaining visitors from abroad and local audiences of all ages. Seisiún – Siamsaíocht Ghaelach Naisiúnta agus Ceol na nGael Tapaigh an deis agus tar chuig sár oíche shiamsaíocht traidisiúnta ag Seisiún an Chomhaltais 2017 One of the longest running Summer shows of its kind – now upwards on 35 years in existence– Seisiún attracts increasing visitors from overseas and nearer home with a show that captivates its audience and welcomes their participation. After the staged show of Irish music, song, dance and storytelling, light refreshments are served during the short break ‘sos’. Then the second part of the evening’s entertainment unfolds and guests are invited to join in the Seisiún experience, taking to the floor as they wish … with a step, tune, song, or story.
